Friday Night Musings 035

Friday Night Musings 035

This week I have:

1. Seen our new peanut butter sticks deplete faster than imagined! Emergency restock thankfully arrived quickly thanks to our wonderful manufacturer
2. Took Jess and Nikki to the fabulous The Henporium - Slaithwaites Pet Shop who run a Guinea Pig rescue. They needed to destress and this was the perfect antidote - cuddling piggies and chicks. Thank you Katy to who runs it - highly recommend a visit with little ones. Don’t forget to donate too as she works very hard keeping the rescue running!
3. Firmed up plans for all the events we are attending this summer! It’s the first time we’ve properly attended events - schedule will follow
4. Realised that my knee operation will probably fall slap bang in the middle of all the events
5. Booked Dolly in for a holistic consultation with the lovely Katja next week to discuss a few concerns I have with her. Two heads are better than one!
6. Properly launched our weight loss consultations - we’ve had some amazing success with one little dachshund so far ‘Suzy’ and look forward to sharing some more journeys and photos with you! Consultations are completely FREE
7. Nail clipped the most dramatic puppy we’ve ever done! Thankfully Arlo’s owner warned us before we started but he let us all know how unimpressed he was even when just holding his paw. He survived with lots of treats and love (the fact he wagged his tail throughout despite the histrionics was suspicious)
8. Fitted our first few Bully Billows harnesses - they are fantastic for wide chested bull breeds. Highly recommend!
9. Found we’d emptied our sweetie box after lots of young visitors called in this week! All children (and often their parents) are offered a ‘non-dog treat’ when they call in and we got cleared out this week! Don’t worry though we are restocked again now
10. Enjoyed the unexpected sunshine on Thursday! I even got tan lines sitting in the sun!! Normal service is resumed though - rain

Have a great weekend folks! I’m working Sunday so I’ll see some of you then no doubt!
